Broomfield:

Broomfield, which not too long ago was just a bedroom community now has grown into its own with the addition of a high tech business park (Interlocken), world class golf course, and a high end shopping mall (Flat Irons Crossing). Broomfield has also grown in other ways - one of which was becoming its own county as well. Unfortunately all the new and exciting things that have happened to Broomfield are on the opposite side of the Boulder Turnpike way from the residential area - all the new features feel like they are more apart of Superior than Broomfield.

Broomfield's JeffCo airport is the 4th busiest airport in Colorado, catering to the Denver and Boulder's corporate upper echelon. The airport has become a gateway to the rockies for the small business traveler.

The Omni Interlocken golf course which has 27 holes running through the Interlocken business park was ranked third "Best Resort courses of Colorado". The course has great views of the front range.
Many of the homes for sale in Broomfield .
Single family homes in the past 1.5 years have sold anywhere from $ to $. Real estate in Broomfield is higher than average due to easy commuting distance to both Boulder and Denver and Interlocken.

Broomfield's Interlocken business park includes Sun Microsystems, Level 3 Communications, Corporate Express, and many more.
We understand that Broomfield is not part of Boulder County - however the reason
we have included it is because is was part of Boulder County not too long
ago.
