Unfortunately trying to find FSBO Boulder real estate properties in the newspaper can be very frustrating. Here are two reason why:

  1. Lots of realtors place ads in the classified section making them appear that their listing is a FSBO listing. When you call them for information on the property you get a realtor trying to sell their services to you.
  2. The other reason is a large percentage (almost all of them) do not include their street address in the ad. Having to call each one (or even playing phone tag) just to find out where the property is located is just a big waste of time.
