Yes, it is totally free - no commissions, no hidden fees, and no selling email addresses or spamming.
Why is it free?
We want to give back to the web community. Others have helped us out in the past without asking for anything in return, we would like to do the same. Building web sites is a hobby for us. By offering totally free automated listings we hope see this site grow.
Why should I add my property to Boulder-FSBO?
Because we get a ton of visitors every month! Exposure to people looking to buy in the Boulder area. We have lots of visitors because our search engine rankings are very high.
How long does my posting stay on the site?
3 months, with 1 month extensions. You can renew as often as you like. It is done this way to prevent this site from being cluttered with sold or unavailable properties. It is always frustrating to see sites that list sold properties - does any one want to see properties that they can't buy?
How do I post a free listing?
Simply fill out your property's information here. Once you have added your information you can preview it and then change any items before posting. `
How do I edit my property listing?
If you need to edit your listing, login here.
How do I delete my property listing?
If you need to delete your listing, login here. Then change the status from "Active" to "Sold". This will take your listing off our site. However, your information will be kept in our database for a period of 6 months if you would like to repost.
How do I renew my listing?
After 3 months, if your property has not sold you may renew your listing by logging in and then click on the "Renew" link at the top left side of the page. This will provide you with an additional month. You can renew as often as you like.
How do I repost my property listing?
Your information will be kept in our database for a period of 6 months, so if you remember your username and password or you kept the original confirmation email you can login and change your property status from "Sold" to "Active".
Do you protect my listing email address from spammers?
Our system uses a method that will deter spammers from harvesting your email address from our site. Also if you like you can decide to display or not display your email address on your listing.
How are you different than Craigslist.org? (Craigslist is another free listing service)
The biggest difference is we are #1 for many of the popular search terms buyers use to find property in the Boulder area on the web, where as Craigslist.org does not rank well at all in this market. Don't get us wrong, we think Craigslist.org is one of the best web sites out there. However, many people still don't know of it yet. We are not trying to compete at all with them, in fact we encourage you to list your property on both our site and theirs and interlink between them.
With a listing on Craigslist.org you will typically see many unique visitors per day for a listing the first few days, after a week or so your listing will be pushed off the first page then your unique visits dies off almost completely. With Boulder-FSBO.com we measure an pretty even amount of unique visitors for all our listings because our listings never leave the home page.
I published my listing, but I don't see it on the home page?
It is possible that you did not accept the terms and conditions; log in then accept this terms and then it should be published.
We review all listings by hand as they come in. If any material does not fit within our terms and conditions we have the right to delete the listing. In rare abuse situations we may even block the offending IP address used.
Can I add photos to my listing?
Yes, login and then click on the "Add photos" link. More information on posting photos.
I am a real estate agent. Can I post on this site?
No, because we do not allow properties that sell with commissions. However services based on a flat fee as described below are allow, just percentage based commissions are not allowed.
I am listed with Help-U-Sell®. Can I post on this site?
Yes, as long as the the Help-U-Sell® associate you are working with is not receiving a commission.
I am listed with Assist2Sell®. Can I post on this site?
Yes, as long as the the Assist-2-Sell® associate you are working with is not receiving a commission.
I am selling my house myself, but I am also paying to have it listed on the MLS. Can I post on this site?
Yes.

I see a posting that looks to be a prank, what can I do to help?
While we review each new listing, if you find one that is objectionable .
Will you be charging for listings in the future?
At this point, no. However we do reserve the right to charge in the future.
